Raasay Seafari with Whisky & Gin Distillery Tour
This trip provides a fantastic opportunity for an Inter-Island Experience and offers passengers a different option to make a visit to
the stunning Island of Raasay. Raasay boasts some fantastic culinary fayre, incredible hiking options and of course, is the home of one of Scotland’s newest producers of our National drink, Raasay Distillery. Boarding your Tour Boat at the pontoon in Portree we take
a leisurely cruise past the Black Rock and Camus Bhan and into the Sound of Raasay all the while keeping a keen eye
open for wildlife as we go. Following along the stunning coastlines to the North & South we take in the spectacular views of the three Islands of Rona, Skye and Raasay where Dun Cann stands proudly and centrally on the skyline. The view back towards Skye and Ben Tianavaig from the Sound is simply breathtaking.

Jurassic Coast & Whale Spotting Tour
Jump aboard the Jurassic Explorer and see the stunning Isle of Skye by sea!
Jump aboard for trip along the “Jurassic” coastline of the Trotternish Peninsula of North East Skye.
Passing “The Black Rock” as we leave Portree Bay our eyes are peeled for the array of wildlife which live close to the shores and first on the list is looking to the clifftops to catch a glimpse of one of the White Tailed Sea Eagles which has its eyrie high in the rocks above Portree Bay. These incredible birds are sometimes as intrigued by us as we are of them!
Dolphins porpoise basking shark and minke whales are all regular visitors to the waters around Skye along with an array of bird life including gulls gannets and cormorants amongst others.
The coastline unfolds a wealth of important island and natural history as we travel North taking in Holm Island The Old Man of Storr, Lealt Falls, Brothers Point and the Trotternish Ridge itself providing a dramatic and beautiful backdrop to Kilt Rock and Mealt Falls.
Turning away from Skye’s shores, we will take you to the waters North of the Island of Rona where we will cruise quietly for a while in the hope of catching sight of some of the many Whales and Dolphins which are regular and spectacular visitors to this specific location.
This particular coastline is not only popular for its undeniable beauty but is hugely important for both Historical Spiritual and Archaeological reasons. The shores and cliffs of the area have provided the world with some of the most exciting range of Dinosaur fossils found globally in modern times and the landscapes here have featured in many of Hollywoods blockbuster movies.
